Before any text reaches the AI, Nataly automatically redacts identifying information. The AI works with the clinical content — not your client's identity. Real names are restored only in what you see, the therapist.

We're precise about this on purpose: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and postal codes are what is redacted today. We would rather tell you exactly what is protected than make a blanket claim.
